These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vaniz website and services, operated by Ranking Goal LLP (LLPIN: AAX-8242), Patna, Bihar, India ("Vaniz", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Vaniz provides an AI voice receptionist that answers calls, holds conversations, books appointments, captures leads, forwards calls, and sends follow-up messages on behalf of business customers. Features may evolve as the product is actively developed.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Do not use the service to make calls that violate applicable telecom, spam, or do-not-disturb (DND) regulations.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record calls or contact individuals.

4. Customer responsibilities

Business customers are responsible for the business information they configure, for complying with laws applicable to their calling activity, and for informing their callers about call recording where required.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed at sign-up. Pricing displayed on the website is indicative and may change; the final applicable pricing is the one confirmed to you in writing.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may depend on third-party providers (such as telephony and cloud infrastructure) and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Vaniz platform, software, and branding remain with Ranking Goal LLP. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vaniz and Ranking Goal LLP are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar, India.
