This policy explains refunds and cancellations for the Vaniz service, operated by Ranking Goal LLP (LLPIN: AAX-8242), Patna, Bihar, India.

1. Subscriptions

Vaniz is offered on a subscription basis. Plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing period as confirmed to you at sign-up.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service remains active until the end of the current paid period.

3. Refunds

• Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, as the service is provisioned and usage-based costs are incurred.
• If you experience a genuine service issue that we cannot resolve, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.
• Any approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

4. Usage-based charges

Charges tied to actual usage (such as call minutes or messaging) reflect services already delivered and are not refundable.

5. Free demos

Demos and trials, where offered, are free and carry no charge or refund obligation.
