4. Call recordings and transcripts

When Vaniz handles calls for a business customer, calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service (lead capture, summaries, quality and analytics). Our business customers are responsible for informing their callers about such recording where required by law. We process this data on our customers' behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us run the platform (for example, cloud hosting, telephony, speech and language processing), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• The business customer for whom a call is handled, so they can follow up with the caller.
